The service
HostTally helps holiday-let and Airbnb hosts record expenses, bills, bookings and income, and export records for their accountant. It is provided by HostFactor (Conrad & Claude), United Kingdom.
Free trial and price
You can try HostTally free. After the trial it costs £9.99 a month, which you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Your records
Everything you add belongs to you, and you can export it at any time. You are responsible for checking that your records are correct. HostTally keeps records and produces reports. It does not file tax returns or give tax, legal or financial advice. Please speak to an accountant about your own tax.
Using it fairly
Keep your password safe and do not share your account. Do not upload anything unlawful, or try to break, overload or copy the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep HostTally running and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The HostTally app and website, including their design, text, graphics, logos and code, are © 2026 Conrad & Claude · HostFactor. You may use them as a customer or visitor, but you may not copy, modify, resell or create works from them without our written permission. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.; HostTally is independent and not affiliated with Airbnb.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and, for important changes, let you know by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
